Anyone. Existing clients, friends, vendors, contractors, fellow agency owners, your barber. If you have a relationship with someone who fits, you can refer them. You don’t need to be a customer of ours.
Within 30 days of the client’s first invoice clearing our account. So if they sign in March and pay March 5, you’re paid no later than April 5. Payment is sent via ACH, Stripe, PayPal, Wise, or check — your preference.
You’re credited if the client signs within 90 days of your referral submission. After 90 days, the attribution window closes. If a referral goes cold and re-engages later, just let us know and we’ll evaluate it case-by-case.
As long as their first month’s payment cleared (no chargeback or refund issued), your commission is locked in. Cancellations after the first month don’t affect your payout.
No. The commission is a one-time payment of 50% of the first month only. After that, our relationship with the client is direct. We chose this structure so we can keep the per-referral payout high instead of stretching it out at lower percentages.

We’ll be straight with you. Within 2 business days of submission, we’ll confirm whether your referral is new or already in our pipeline (defined as any contact within the last 90 days). If they’re already in pipeline, the referral doesn’t qualify — but you’ll know immediately so you can skip the follow-up.
No. A simple intro is enough. That said, a warm hand-off — where you tell your contact why you think we’re a fit before we reach out — closes faster. Your call.
If you earn more than $600 in a calendar year, we issue a 1099-NEC. You’re responsible for your own income taxes. We’ll need a completed W-9 before paying out. (For non-US referrers, we’ll use a W-8BEN instead.)
Yes — a one-page Referral Partner Agreement. We’ll send it after your first qualified referral. It just confirms the terms above in writing.
